This program is for all levels, however it is a truly welcoming place for those who are living in a not-so-bendy body or who are taking this class as a break from a desk!
The focus of this series is to help open and release tight hips (hip flexors, low back), wings (shoulders, chest, wrists) and to increase length in shortened hamstrings.
The intention of this program is to relieve stress, increase range of motion and to provide greater freedom and ability in Yoga and Life.
