Congratulations on your pregnancy! This may be a whirlwind or may have already been a long journey. No matter how far along you are in your pregnancy, for your safety I ask that you have written consent from your OB or Midwife before we begin your prenatal fitness journey together. Thank you!
Your birth team is there to help you with your birth plan. I am here to help you with your birth-body plan! I do not mean this superficially, although there is no shame in that being a part of the plan. During our time together, our primary focus will be to do our best to prepare you for what is often the most demanding physical and mental achievement of your life!
A one-on-one program designed in consideration of your individual circumstances.
This program is ideal for women in their 2nd and 3rd trimesters. It includes an initial consultation followed by 6 consecutive weekly 45 minute personal training sessions.
Taking your individual pregnancy details and health goals into consideration we will create a plan and work together to prepare your body for the demands of pregnancy, labour and delivery. As a part of this program we will discuss a movement plan for the early weeks post delivery.
Session lengths may vary due to stat holidays or instructor availability. Prices will reflect the number of classes per session and may not always be exactly as posted here, please contact for details. Group sessions are offered as pre-scheduled, consecutive workouts. The rescheduling of missed classes is not possible. Any unattended classes will be forfeited.
