I can never express how thankful I am to my clients for their ongoing support through the constant change of circumstances while navigating business through Covid 19. With recent increases in cases in Lanark County it is the only decision to move back online exclusively for the time being. Health is the priority.
I too dream of groups gathering, and laughter and freedom without fear. But we will have to be patient still. I am grateful that we are able to meet online and chat before and after class providing us a small amount of socialization.

Working in the fitness industry has taught me many things, most importantly that each path is individual, even in a group setting. Focused classes, personalized programs, prioritizing and setting realistic goals lead to success! There is no one right way to move, and once we find your way, positive changes begin to happen and you may even enjoy it!
With 11 years of professional experience, continued research and education, and a lifetime of personal sport and fitness experience, I am confident that together we will be able to reach realistic fitness goals safely and efficiently. I am pleased to collaborate with a strong network of respected healthcare professionals who are available to help with our process for anything beyond my scope. I truly believe that a holistic approach to health makes it a life enhancement and not a chore.
