Spring into action: We are Green and green means GO! (with protocols in place.)

These are times of constant change, uncertainty and education. With that in mind I have decided to take a more hybrid approach this time. Dividing training between studio offerings, NEW live online zoom classes, and the pre-recorded monthly membership classes. A little for all I hope. 


I am also using this time to learn, taking courses that would have been a challenging fit in the 2019 style schedule. I see this as a huge win. An investment that is adding fire to my passion and increased value for you! 


Though the new schedule is modified I am so thankful to have one, and to have a strong back-up plan should closures happen again.

Corona Virus/COVID 19

During this uncertain time I willcontinue to offer online Fitness, Yoga and CORE+Floor programming by way of a virtual class memberships (live via zooom and pre-recorded). The feedback of those using the online classes has been wonderful and I am so thankful to have this medium to continue to support the community. If you would like more information on the online ever-growing video databases please contact me!


Though the online classes have helped many to continue their yoga and fitness journey, the loss of human to human contact and the support of our amazing movement community has been deeply missed!


Though keeping fit at home may be challenging please know I am here to support you in that journey while also working to get those who are ready, back together in studio! Despite the hardship of being away from the studio all of this time, I am so thankful for our health, the health of friends, family and the community. 


We continue to  try our best to be patient as we learn more about COVID 19. As restrictions loosen I continually explore what is most responsible with respect to running this business; where and when it might be safe to expand into community programming, limitations of numbers of clients, concern for babies and children in the Hot Mama and CORE+Floor programs, increased sanitizing and cleaning procedures, and respecting the toll Covid 19 has taken on mental and physical health in terms of stress. I thank you for your patients with those of us navigating the ever changing regulations, health concerns and varying demands. 


It has been tough, far from business as usual but we continue to do our best to keep our families and our communities safe. We are hanging in and are not willing to give up! We need our community. 


When businesses are able to be open we will continue to host small, conscious and cautious Fitness, Yoga and CORE+Floor pod classes. If you are interested in joining me in studio, please know that I will be welcoming you into a socially distanced, physically responsible, sanitized space. When lockdowns occur the ongoing online programs will be there to support us all. Safety and health are number one! 


I am more than excited to welcome those interested back into the studio! I've missed you dearly and hope to see you soon!

  • Punctuality: Please be in your space and ready to begin class 5 minutes prior to the start time. This is in order to comply with social distancing and mask requirements.
  • Gear: Please bring full water bottles, your own personal yoga mat and a hand towel. Yoga blocks for Yoga classes and whatever you need for your child if applicable. Any borrowed equipment is to be sanitized by you before and after use. Sanitizer will be available.

  •  Health: If you or your child are experiencing COVID 19 or any other illness symptoms I insist that you stay home. 
  • Masks: Must be worn in all common areas. Once you are prepared and on your mat ready for class you are welcome to remove your mask as per provincial regulations.
  • Sanitize: Please wash/sanitize your hands and the hands of your children prior to entering and after leaving the studio.
