During this uncertain time I continue to offer online Fitness, Yoga and CORE+Floor programming by way of a virtual class membership. The feedback of those using the online classes has been wonderful and I am so thankful to have this medium to continue to support the community. Though the online classes have helped many to continue their yoga and fitness journey, the loss of human to human contact and the support of our amazing movement community has been deeply missed!
Though keeping fit at home may be challenging please know I am here to support you in that journey while also working to get those who are ready, back together in studio! Despite the hardship of being away from the studio all of this time, I am so thankful for our health, the health of friends, family and the community.
We have tried our best to be patient as we learn more about COVID 19. As restrictions loosen I am exploring what is most responsible with respect to running this business; where and when it might be safe to expand into community programming, limitations of numbers of clients, concern for babies and children in the Hot Mama and CORE+Floor programs, increased sanitizing and cleaning procedures, and respecting the toll Covid 19 has taken on mental and physical health in terms of stress.
It has been tough, far from business as usual but we continue to do our best to keep our families and our communities safe. We are hanging in and are not willing to give up! We need our community.
Plans are coming together to create small, conscious and cautious Fitness, Yoga and CORE+Floor pod classes for the fall! Safety and health are number one! As programming is confirmed I will be booking clients into a socially distanced, physically responsible, sanitized space.
I am more than excited to welcome those interested back into the studio! I've missed you dearly and hope to see you soon!

Working in the fitness industry has taught me many things, most importantly that each path is individual, even in a group setting. There is no one right way to move, and once we find your way, positive changes begin to happen and you may even enjoy it!
With 9 years of professional experience, continued research and education, and a lifetime of personal sport and fitness experience, I am confident that together we will be able to reach realistic fitness goals safely and efficiently. I truly believe that a holistic approach to health makes it a life enhancement and not a chore.
